Deadlines:
Tuesday, February 16 Early Bird Review Deadline: Submit your eApp by February 16 and receive an early review of your application for errors and receive a chance to win a $500 Early Bird Scholarship for the 2010-11 academic year! Error free applications are entered into a drawing for a $500 Early Bird scholarship.
Monday, March 1 FINAL Deadline: Your complete application packet must be received by OSAC by March 1 to be considered for a scholarship. No exceptions.
To Verify OSAC Received Your Application
After submitting your application, check your e-Student Profile for verification that your application was received by OSAC. If the status is “Valid eApp Accepted”, congratulations! If it reads “Review Pending”, check back until you receive the “Valid eApp Accepted” message. If it reads “eApp Problem”, correct the problem and submit by the deadline in the message.
Submitting Documents:
The information you submit on your OSAC scholarship application helps us determine your eligibility for specific scholarship programs.
Your complete application packet will consist of the following materials:
- Electronic filers of the eApp: Your eApp online form (includes Activities Chart, required four Personal Statements (formerly called short essays), extra scholarship essay, if required by your scholarship, and uploaded transcripts. If your scholarship program requires other documents (birth certificate, military papers, etc.) check your e-Student Profile for submission and deadline requirements.
- Paper applicants: Your signed application form (Paper applicants, only) and the materials listed here:
Note: Paper applicants , make sure to write your legal name and the last four digits of your social security number (SSN) on the top of each page of the documents you enclose with your application (Activities Chart, required four Short Essays, transcripts, and other required documents).

Your eApp or paper application and required documents must arrive at OSAC by the appropriate deadline:
Tuesday, February 16: EARLY BIRD Review
Monday, March 1: FINAL Deadline. No Exceptions

| If you need to make changes to your application after you have mailed or hand-delivered it, click here. |
| If you need to know that OSAC received your scholarship materials, use a delivery service that gives you a return receipt. Because of the volume of materials that OSAC receives, we are unable to provide you with this information. |
