• Do NOT use the back button on your browser (or other browser controls).  We cannot guarantee the validity of your data if you do so.  The exception to the rule of not using your browser controls are:

  • the "Excel" web page
  For these screens, you have to use the browser's "Back" button to return to the previous web page.
  
  
• Be patient.  Pages might be slow to display, in part because OSAC uses a secure website to collect and save information.
  
  
• If you think the screen has "frozen" when submitting an OOG Disbursement Reporting web page, it may be because the application has found errors on the page.  Check for red asterisks (*) or other messages in red by items on the web page, or by the buttons at the bottom of the web page.  Fix errors to continue.
  
  
• "Cookies" are used to store your session information during your OOG Disbursement Reporting session (this provides continuity between the web pages).  We do not reuse "cookies" from previous sessions.  For security reasons, you should clear your browser cache and remove cookies after each OOG Disbursement Reporting session.
