Making Updates to Your Submitted Application
Updates to your application are limited to your:
- personal information
- e-mail address
- college choice
- college major
Note: OSAC can accept only one scholarship application per year from each applicant. If you submit more than one scholarship application, OSAC will keep only the one with the latest date.
Making updates before the March 2 deadline
- eApp users: Once you click the eApp SUBMIT button, your application is officially locked down and updates or changes are limited to the items above. Go to www.GetCollegeFunds.org/eapp.html and log in to your eStudent Profile with your user name and password to make the needed changes to your application.
- Paper applicants: Send a letter including your name, last four digits of your Social Security Number, and the updates to the items listed above. Mail or deliver to the Oregon Student Assistance Commission, 1500 Valley River Dr. Suite 100, Eugene OR 97401.
Note: All paper applications are converted to eApps after they are submitted to OSAC. In cases where paper applications are received much earlier than the final deadline of March 2, it may be available as an eApp to allow you to make updates online. To determine if your application is online go to www.GetCollegeFunds.org/eapp.html and click on the 'Find Application' button to try to find your application. If a match is found, then create your eApp user name and password. If no match is found, your application has not yet been entered into OSAC's database. OSAC is not responsible for errors committed in transferring information from the paper application to the online application.
