Membership/Employee Programs

Most scholarships in Section Three require you to be a member or employee (or the dependent or close relative of a member or employee) of the sponsoring organization. For the few that don’t require it, a preference is shown for membership or employee status.

To qualify for those that require it, you must enter the following information into the “Membership/Employee” section of the application for each member/employer scholarship you apply for:

Membership/employee’s full name and the last four digits of the SSN or employee/member ID for the person whose membership (or employment) qualifies you to be considered for the scholarship
Worksite full name
Worksite city and state
Qualifying member/employee relationship to you (for example: mother, father, self)

A few of the scholarships in Section Three require specialized information be entered into this section. Read the descriptor for each program you apply for to make sure you have entered what is needed.
