can log into your e-Student Profile with your user name and password at www.GetCollegeFunds.org/eapp.html and accept your scholarship award.
update your college choice, college major, and personal information (name, address, e-mail address, and phone number) by completing the update form in your e-Student Profile
must be enrolled full time as defined by your college — usually 12 credits — unless a particular scholarship specifies otherwise,
must make satisfactory academic progress according to your school’s policies for students receiving federal Title IV aid,
can use your award(s) only at U.S. institutions eligible to participate in Title IV federal student aid programs (U.S. military academies are not eligible),
must use your award(s) only for educationally related expenses as determined by your college—tuition/fees, room/board, books/supplies, transportation, child care when specified (as with The Ford Family Foundation programs), and
are granted your scholarship(s) for an entire academic year; if you attend less than a full academic year, your award amount(s) may be prorated.
can write a thank you letter to the donor of your scholarship award in care of OSAC, 1500 Valley River Dr. Suite 100, Eugene OR 97401.
